Top Producer per Square Foot

Wheeler fixtures are commonly the top producer per square foot versus any other vendor. This isn’t a

fluke. Our displays and programs maximize revenue without taking up much space. As a result, many of our retail customers are successful at turning the product with margins into the mid-60s and beyond.

Rep Service

Reps are an integral part of how we do business. Throughout the US and Canada, our sales reps visit their customers regularly to keep displays clean and up-to-date, write orders, and help manage inventory levels during peak and off-peak seasons. At the end of each season, our reps use data and analytics to evaluate each customer’s programs and make product recommendations for next season.

Terms and Programs

Generous dated terms have long been a Wheeler tradition. When customers do their annual reset with updated product, we can ship as early as December — and you don’t have to pay until July or August. Early payment is eligible for a discount.

Because Wheeler maintains an extensive inventory of all items, orders can be fulfilled with very few cancellations, meaning customers have key items in full stock when it matters most – your peak seasons.

Markup and Barcoding

All Wheeler products can come priced and barcoded at your specified markup. We can use our barcodes and supply you with the data or utilize your barcodes. Just another way Wheeler can help save you time and money.

Product Quality

We’ve been manufacturing jewelry since 1946. After 75 years, we know what we’re doing. We know that our customers require quality product that maintains high perceived value even at top margins. You won’t find better USA-made jewelry at our price points. For our jewelry made overseas, we hold our suppliers to the most stringent standards in the industry, and each piece goes through a rigorous US inspection process.

Every Wheeler order is proofed and checked multiple times before being shipped – making our orders the most accurate in the industry.

Each finished piece of jewelry is carefully inspected before being placed into inventory.

Displays can be outfitted with bracelet bars, allowing for easy merchandising of bracelets — a convenient component of many Wheeler programs.

Wheeler displays generate maximum revenue in minimum space.

Wheeler carded rings are a proven, effective way to sell rings. A display bar at the top of the panel showcases the ring style and all sizes are stocked below. Consumers can try the ring on without removing it from the card.

The bases of Wheeler floorstand displays include locked storage for wellorganized and easy, yet secure, access to backstock.

Wheeler display systems were developed to prominently showcase jewelry in a minimum amount of space while simplifying the consumers’ shopping experience. Using hooks, grid wires, and inventory tags, Wheeler displays easily accommodate varying levels of inventory and make re-ordering simple and accurate. Additionally, our covered display options are an ideal fit for customers looking to offer a high level of service with a higher-end look.

With more than 60 in-stock options, we can meet your specific display needs. Whether it is a small counter-top display or a large, lighted display with automatic rotation. In addition, a luxury of owning our display company — Dakota Woodcrafts — is that we can ensure the displays will match the exact look and feel of your store.

A critical element of any program — or great as a stand-alone program — Wheeler Rings are a proven producer.

Featuring diverse metals from stainless steel to sterling silver and precious stones including opal, turquoise, and CZ, Wheeler has the variety and program depth to meet any customer’s needs. Wheeler rings can be carded via their proprietary system that allows customers to easily try on rings without card removal. Rings can also be placed in covered displays, some of which are lit.

Dakota Gold is manufactured at the Wheeler Manufacturing facility in Rapid City, South Dakota – the Gateway to the Black Hills. As such, it is legally and officially considered Genuine Black Hills Gold.

After pieces are completed in Rapid City, they are transferred to Lemmon and held in inventory at our primary facility. This gives our customers the benefit of offering Genuine Black Hills Gold while not having to alter their ordering process or incur any additional shipping charges – it will ship with their normal Wheeler orders as they always have.

TERMS OF SALE & ORDERING INFORMATION

Shipment of an Order --Constitutes acceptance of the order under the terms defined here, on the invoice,and accompanying forms if required. Wheeler Mfg. Co., Inc. will ship all orders at wholesale prices with proof of dealership. Initial orders must be at least $300.00 wholesale.

Terms --Regular terms are: 2%15 Net 30.Due dates and applicable cash discounts are found at the bottom of the last page of your invoice. If an account is unpaid by the net due date, the account becomes past due the next day. Finance charges are assessed at 1½% per month.

Account Status --Wheeler Mfg. Co., Inc. will ship open account following credit approval using 3 trade references by the customer. For faster service on initial orders you may use a credit card.

Retail Pricing Information --Wheeler Mfg. offers,atnocharge, retail pre-pricing on orders thatyou place with us. We provide the following markups: Keystone, Keystone + $1.00, Keystone + $2.00, 2 1/2X, 3X, no prices, etc.

Returns --All returns willbe assessed restocking charges of10% on merchandise less any discounts taken. Wheeler will accept returns of current gold items with a 5% restocking fee.

Discontinued items are not eligible to return for credit. Wheeler Mfg. will NOT ACCEPT any returns without a return authorization number. This number must appear on the returned package. A return authorization number may be obtained from Wheeler Mfg. by calling our office at 605-374-3848. We can not issue UPS call tags for returns.Please send returns prepaid to Wheeler Mfg. Co., Inc.; 107 Main; Lemmon, SD 57638.

Stamper Gold and Silver items must be returned to Gold Diggers in Rapid City, SD.

Backorders --Any backorder of $75.00 or more will be shipped at original terms.

Displays --Displays are sold as a part of the total package at a cost of $20.00 with a complete initial order. Displays will not be included with less than a minimum order.

Transportation and Insurance –Transportationand insurancecosts are invoicedwhen the order ships. Note: Title on merchandise passes to the customer at the FOB point.
