TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions apply to the purchase and resale of products from TradeCie. By accepting delivery of the products, you agree to be bound by and accept these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions are subject to change at any time at Trade Cie’s sole discretion without prior notice.

$500 per order. Product minimums and multiples apply

Prices

All prices listed are wholesale. Prices are subject to change without notice

Shipping

Orders are shipped freight prepaid and add from our warehouse in Memphis, Tennessee. Freight costs will be added to invoice. Any special shipping requests must be noted on the order when placed

Payment terms

Accepted credit cards are Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Established customers may apply for terms with a completed credit application. Minimum order for terms is $1,000. Payment for orders with terms should be made by check. Past due invoices are subject to 1.5% per month interest.

Back orders

We continuously strive to ship orders in accordance with customer’s requested ship date and as completely as possible to minimize freight charges to our customers. In the event items are backordered, we reserve the right to ship items once they are available unless: (1) you have previously notified us not to ship backordered items, or (2) we determine, at our discretion, that it is not cost-effective to the retailer to do so.

Claims

Claims for missing, damaged or incorrect items received must be submitted via email (sales@tradecie.com) or phone within 10 days of invoice date. Photos are requested to help pinpoint a potential issue. Many of our products are handmade and there will likely be some variation in color, texture, and finish. This is what makes the product unique and should not be considered a flaw

Cancellations/Returns

Any order changes or cancellations must be received two weeks prior to the scheduled ship date Changes received after order has been sent to the warehouse to be pulled and packed will incur a 20% handling and restocking fee. Merchandise refused or returned without prior authorization will incur a 20% restocking fee and freight charges.

Taxes

As all prices listed are wholesale to the trade only, properly completed Exemption/Resale Certificates are required for all customers.
