PAYMENT TERMS:
• The Naked Bee accepts all major credit cards as form of payment, but does not keep credit card information on file for security purposes.
• Payment method must be confirmed for every order.
• To apply for Net 30 terms, email a request to customerservice@nakedbee.bz. Credit approval is at The Naked Bee’s discretion. Orders will not be processed if past due balance exists.
• Once payment method has been confirmed, order will be processed within 48 hours.
• FREE GROUND SHIPPING on all orders that meet minimum $250 or more after any discounts are applied in the contiguous United States! Carrier shipping at discretion of Naked Bee FOB Fall Branch, TN 37656.
• Orders shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, and all US territories is capped at 10% of the total order.
• International retailers will be charged shipping and are advised to request a quote from customer service.
• Free shipping discount can apply if using freight broker located in the contiguous United States, but broker address must be disclosed at the time of order.
• If placing an order exceeding $250 via nakedbee.bz, FedEx Ground must be selected as carrier to qualify order for Free Shipping discount.
• Backorders are held for 60 days and may be canceled without notice if not shipped within that time.
• Backorders ship without notification unless a cancellation date was specified on original order. The original payment method at time of order is charged when ready to ship. Please note - backorders will NOT ship until payment processing has been completed.
• We will never charge shipping for backorders.
• Orders for new products not yet shipping will automatically create a preorder (see below info regarding preorders) regardless of instructions on order.

• Customer can pay for a display piece and receive product offset OR meet minimum product purchase to qualify for a free display piece.
• Only 1 free display type per customer, per location. This display type must be requested at time of order, and cannot be applied to past orders.

TESTERS/ SAMPLES: Accounting Office Information for Invoice Payment & Questions:
• Customer qualifies for 1 free tester for every $250 product purchased on order and 1 free case of lotion samples for every $400 order.
• Examples: $250 order = 1 free tester, $500 order = 2 free testers OR 1 free lotion sample case, and $750 order = 3 free testers OR 1 free tester and 1 free lotion sample case
• Free items must be requested when ordering and cannot be added to past orders. Requested free items can combine with other promotions if the order meets qualifying amounts.
• Free sample packets and testers not available on nakedbee.bz or Faire.
• Naked Bee accepts emailed claims for products damaged before and or during shipment.
• Claims must be made within 30 days of receipt of shipment to customerservice@nakedbee.bz and require pre-authorization from a Naked Bee Customer Service Representative for a credit to be issued.
• The Naked Bee reserves the right to refuse shipments to retailers who have sold, or sell, our products below suggested MSRP as listed in the catalog.
• The Naked Bee prohibits third-party resales (Amazon, Walmart, E Bay, etc.) and reserves the right to hold and or cancel any order suspected of violation. All Naked Bee retailers must sign a Terms & Conditions document confirming our products will not be sold on third party platforms before product will be shipped. The Naked Bee reserves the right to pursue legal action against retailers violating this policy.
• Preorders for all Seasonal Collections featured on Pages 4, 5 & 6 must be placed on a separate order if other items ordered are shipping right away.
• Seasonal Collection orders must meet minimum order requirements on their own for processing.
• If ordering Seasonal Collection and everyday catalog items, orders are processed “ship complete” based on availability date of ALL items.
