• Claims must be made within 30 days of receipt of shipment to customerservice@nakedbee.bz and require pre-authorization from a Naked Bee Customer Service Representative for a credit to be issued.
• The Naked Bee reserves the right to refuse shipments to retailers who have sold, or sell, our products below suggested MSRP as listed in the catalog.
• The Naked Bee prohibits third-party resales (Amazon, Walmart, E Bay, etc.) and reserves the right to hold and or cancel any order suspected of violation. All Naked Bee retailers must sign a Terms & Conditions document confirming our products will not be sold on third party platforms before product will be shipped. The Naked Bee reserves the right to pursue legal action against retailers violating this policy.
• Preorders for all Seasonal Collections featured on Pages 4, 5 & 6 must be placed on a separate order if other items ordered are shipping right away.
• Seasonal Collection orders must meet minimum order requirements on their own for processing.
• If ordering Seasonal Collection and everyday catalog items, orders are processed “ship complete” based on availability date of ALL items.
