The Cait + Co Story
Cait + Co all started when a little girl asked her mom for a soap making kit for Christmas. This $30 Christmas present, combined with passion, tenacity, and a love for all things bath-related, was the foundation for what would become a multi-million dollar bath and body business years later.
When the company was started, the products were sold in farmers markets, craft shows, and anywhere customers would appreciate a handmade, artisan soap. Eventually, the line grew and included bath bombs, lotions, and hand creams. Every product formula was developed from scratch by the founder. All of the products were made in small batches with a focus on high-quality, natural ingredients, artisanal quality, and a touch of love that spilled into every product.
Today, Cait + Co makes all of our bath bombs and shower steamers in the USA. We support a woman-owned factory based in the USA. We use the highest quality ingredients, and focus on making plant-based, artisan products that look, feel, and smell as good as they perform.

Terms & Conditions
PAYMENT:
Terms are prepaid until credit is awarded. We accept all major credit cards, certified checks, and money orders. We do not believe in finance charges, but we do ask that you adhere to terms awarded.
NEW ACCOUNTS:
All first orders must be prepaid with a credit card or certified check. Please provide a company reference sheet complete with bank information to apply for open credit. Payment history is considered when approving credit limit increases. Initial orders must be paid before a second order will be shipped. All accounts must be current before additional orders will be shipped.
PRICING:
All prices listed in the catalog are wholesale in U.S. dollars. Prices may change at any time without notice. No retail prices are listed on any products unless noted.
MINIMUMS:
Minimum opening order is $250. Minimum reorder is $100. 10% surcharge for orders under $100. All products must be ordered in the multiples or minimums as listed in the catalog. All orders will be rounded to the nearest minimum quantity increment whether up or down. Please account for this when placing your order; otherwise, there may be a delay in processing your order.

DAMAGE CLAIMS/ORDER DISCREPANCIES:
Despite our quality assurance efforts, damages can occur in production or transit. Please open and inspect your merchandise promptly. Claims of shortage or damage must be made within 10 business days of receipt of shipment. Returns must be authorized and are subject to a 20% restocking fee. No credit will be given for used products or products that have been stickered with retail price tags. Contact customer service at 440-349-9933.

PAST DUE ACCOUNTS:
