We’ve made a few exciting updates to this year’s tournament, and we look forward to sharing them with you. Whether you ' re here to defend your title or just enjoy the camaraderie and scenery, we’re confident you’ll have a fantastic time.

THURSDAY’S BRIEFING
Thursday marks the official arrival day for all guests at The Ledges This is a relaxed and welcoming start to the weekend, with optional practice rounds available throughout the afternoon. While casual, the practice round will feature a fun Skins Game—a friendly competition held outside of the main event. Rules and details will be explained prior to the Shotgun Start, and skins winners will be announced during Saturday night’s Awards Dinner.
Before and after your round, you’ll retrieve this year’s exclusive tee gift!
Following play, we’ll gather for our themed Cocktail Party, featuring a New Orleans vibe, fun activities, live music, and fantastic food. We encourage everyone to dress up in their best NOLA attire and help us bring the theme to life—it’s the perfect way to kick off the Cliffhanger weekend in style!
FRIDAY’S BRIEFING
Friday marks the official start of tournament play as we kick off the first three matches of the Cliffhanger Member-Guest!
In a change from previous years, we will not be stopping for a traditional lunch after the second match. Instead, we’re enhancing your on-course experience with multiple food stations located throughout the course for you to enjoy at your convenience during play.
After the conclusion of Friday’s matches, there are no scheduled evening events, allowing you to relax, recharge, and get ready for a big day on Saturday.
SATURDAY’S BRIEFING
Saturday marks the final stretch of the 2026 Cliffhanger MemberGuest—and it’s set to be an exciting finish!
You’ll begin the day with your final match, after which we will determine the Flight Winners.
Immediately following match play, we’ll head straight into the Dograce. New for this year, the Dograce will feature a 9-hole scramble format rather than hole-by-hole elimination The team with the lowest total score after nine holes will be crowned the Dograce winner and will advance to the Horse Race Finals.
ONE EXCITING NOTES
HORSERACEFINALS
The Horse Race Finals will be unlike anything we’ve done before. Our goal is to create a true arena-style atmosphere on the Clubhouse, where all players and spectators can be part of the action.
Half of the Flight Winners and Dograce Winners will tee off on Hole 1 and the other half will tee off on hole 18 at the same time yes, that’s 16 teams on one hole! The format will be true alternate shot, meaning one player tees off, and their partner hits the next shot, alternating until the ball is holed. This format will continue in rounds until a champion is crowned.

FORMAT & PRIZE STRUCTURE
This year ' s Calcutta features 16 flights, each consisting of four teams. Teams will be auctioned off to the highest bidder by our special guest auctioneer anyone may purchase any team. All bids within a flight contribute to that flight's prize pool.
Participants will be competing for two cash prizes:
1. Flight Winner
2. Overall Tournament Winner
All flight winners and the overall tournament winner will be paid out during the party following the conclusion of the final round on Saturday.

IMPORTANT RULES
Cash Only. This is a cash-only event without exception. If you do not have the appropriate cash on hand during the Calcutta, you will not be able to purchase your team.
No Late Purchases. Teams must be purchased Thursday evening. There will be no opportunity to buy your team Friday morning. Full stop.
Buy-Back Option. Every team retains the right to purchase up to 50% of their team back from the buyer. If you prefer less than 50%, that may be arranged directly with your team's new owner. Buy-backs must be completed before you tee off Friday morning We strongly encourage everyone to bet on themselves
Suggested Amount We recommend bringing $1,500 per team to either buy yourselves back or spread across the field.
