The latest instalment of The Landy has arrived and this one feels like one big celebration of everything that Land Rover has and still is achieving. With a review of its humanitarian support history, observance of current landmark anniversaries and a look at what is yet to come, the October issue most definitely brings 100% Land Rover from start to finish. Land Rover have released a special edition Discovery to commemorate the three and a half decades that these 4x4’s have been in production, while JLR have announced their 1500th hiring of an ex-forces member of staff. Well done all round we say. We shine a spotlight on Black Fox, a relatively new name in the Defender dress-up market that promises to live up to its sharp logo and much more, before taking a look back at the long history of support that Land Rover has shared with The Red Cross – it’s been 70 years of tremendous work from both parties.
