Doe, you have been identified as the possible biological father of a male child who was born on April 2. 2004. The child was conceived on or about July 2003, in Brownsville, Texas. The biological mother relinquished her parental rights and the Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services intends to place the child for adoption on or about November, 2016.
