It all began with a phone call.
When the Senior Technical Manager at Berkeley Group reached out to us, their challenge was clear:

From that moment, it felt like the start of something extraordinary.
Within just 72 hours, we turned around a full tender package, complete with design development and a walkthrough presentation

The project itself was a masterclass in precision. From a reception desk clad in Dekton porcelain with seamless mitres and a floating plinth, to a living moss wall and a high-level curved storage unit soaring over 3 metres, every detail had to feel effortless while hiding immense technical complexity.
Our team tackled challenges others had walked away from including installations requiring work from height at over four metres, and radical on-site design changes due to ceiling clashes and bulkheads
Here, our parametric workflow became the hero. Instead of delays, layout clashes were absorbed: dimensions could be altered at the click of a button, new CNC files issued the same day, and updated furniture delivered within 48 hours
Combined with our fully UK-based manufacturing and supply chain, this agility kept the programme on track and impressed every stakeholder.
Despite a strict and immovable budget, we delivered the suite with minimal snags and no compromise on design integrity.
The Berkeley Group team were thrilled, and the relationship forged through this project has already led to new commissions including the Concierge Area at Lombard Square awarded to us immediately after handover.

Hidden behind the elegance of Grosvenor Square, nestled between Bond Street and Claridge’s, lies Mayfair’s only gated road a street unlike any other in London. To live here is to hold an address that whispers discretion and commands prestige. For centuries, Mayfair has been the epicentre of British luxury a neighbourhood defined by heritage, craftsmanship, and timeless glamour. And now, behind those gates, a new chapter has been written: Three Kings Mayfair.
This boutique development of just eight ultraluxury apartments redefines what it means to live at London’s finest address. Privacy and security meet understated grandeur, each home designed with an eye for detail that elevates everyday living into art.
Internationally acclaimed restaurants, fashion houses, and galleries lie a few steps away yet within these gates, serenity reigns.
It was within this context the most coveted postcode in the UK that Kitchen Direct Ltd was entrusted with an extraordinary commission: to deliver the complete joinery, stonework, and fit-out for the entire development. An honour, and a responsibility, that we approached with the utmost pride.
Working alongside visionary designers 1.61 London and main contractor JJ Rhatigan, our team took charge of every Kitchen, Bathroom, Wardrobe, and Bespoke Interior.
This was not one apartment or one element it was the whole. A complete realisation of design intent, across eight homes, executed with absolute precision.
Our scope included: Eight bespoke kitchens, each fitted with Gaggenau appliances
Clad in Italian Arabescato marble worktops and flooring.
27 bathrooms and en-suites,
Fully clad with a palette of Arabescato marble, Pietra Grey fluted marble, and Dekton Helena.
Fully bespoke wardrobes and storage, designed with Italian Salice frames, fluted glass, and cabinetry built to millimetre precision.
Luxury flooring and joinery throughout, unifying the apartments with a light, fresh palette that balanced tradition and modernity.
To deliver this scale of luxury with speed, accuracy, and confidence, we employed cutting-edge 3D scanning technology. Each bathroom was digitally surveyed, allowing us to create parametric models and fabricate cladding panels offsite with unparalleled accuracy. This approach meant entire bathrooms could be manufactured, delivered, and installed in record time, without compromising on the perfection demanded by both the designers and the setting.

Every finish was uncompromising: Blum lifetime-guarantee ironmongery for cabinetry, precision joinery for seamless junctions between timber, marble, and glass, and lighting designed to accentuate texture and depth. Colour schemes were light and fresh, with subtle patterning that introduced character while maintaining the unified elegance flowing through every room.
