Pravin: My role in the Corps as the Charlie Company commander is to manage the company and provide advice or link as per the chain of command between the higher ups and C company. I work on the admin and support the platoon commanders in their roles, helping build a better experience for all the cadets. Ali: As 16 platoon commander it is my responsibility to uphold the welfare of my cadets and that they are esteeming the values of Corps at all times.

What was your favourite experience at training parades? Pravin: My favourite experience in the Corps is endorsing in the range of activities not only run by the individual platoons but also within the platoons. This includes drill, which enhances your discipline. Lessons which enhance your leadership. As well as the inherent human value behind Corps in providing so many life skills and opportunities. Ali: I love the variety of activities offered, my favorites being Signal activities, first aid and media initiatives as they engage with the boys.
