

REFLECTIONS
Whitley Jocquise Parker, a radiant daughter, devoted mother, cherished sister, and loyal friend, peacefully entered eternal rest on September 16, 2025, from natural causes.
Born on June 26, 1992, Whitley brought light, laughter, and joy to all who knew her. She was the beloved daughter of Kathy Ann Parker, and her fathers Brady Williams Jr. and Razjohn Smyer.
Whitley was the proud and loving mother of three beautiful children Abraham, Malcolm, and Willow who were the treasures of her heart and the center of her world. She dedicated her life to nurturing, protecting, and inspiring them with her love, laughter, and faith. Her children were her greatest joy and her proudest accomplishment.
After completing college, Whitley followed her passion for communication and storytelling, graduating from broadcasting school in 2014. Her creativity, determination, and vibrant spirit shone brightly in everything she did.
Her Legacy of Love
Whitley leaves behind six loving siblings: Derricka, Michael, Dillon, Chelsea, and Brittany, all of Denver, Colorado, and Tyler of Wyoming.
She was preceded in death by her dear sister Keiosha Parker, her grandmothers Ann Maloid and Grandma Williams, and her grandfathers J.B. Boyd Sr. and Brady Williams Sr.
Whitley also leaves to cherish her memory a host of loving relatives aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and countless friends who will forever hold her close in their hearts.
Her Spirit and Faith
Whitley was a woman full of life and love. Her joyful, happy-go-lucky spirit could lift anyone’s heart. Whenever you were around her, you felt her warmth her laughter and words of encouragement could brighten even the darkest day.
Above all, Whitley loved the Lord. She often spoke of how He was leading, guiding, and protecting her. At a young age, she gave her life to Christ and remained steadfast in her faith. Her walk with God was evident in her kindness, compassion, and the way she made others feel seen, valued, and loved.
Though her time on earth was brief, Whitley’s love, faith, and light will continue to shine brightly through her children, her family, and all who were blessed to know her. Her strength, smile, and radiant spirit will be remembered always.
