Tributes paid to Liverpool couple after flooding tragedy BY DAVID SAFFER
Tributes have been made to Philip and Elaine Marco who died on Saturday evening after being trapped in deep floods in the Mossley Hill area of Liverpool. Police have appealed for footage to aid investigations into the tragedy. The couple were about to celebrate their 54th anniversary according to media reports. A family statement said: “We are devastated and heartbroken. They were much loved parents to four children and 10 grandchildren.
