BEST OF BROADWAY
Best of Broadway production at Adelphi Performing Arts Center Adelphi Universityās own students present Adelphiās Best of Broadway at the Adelphi University Performing Arts Center on Oct. 12 and 13. The show pays tribute to the legendary producer and director Hal Prince (1928-2019), who was associated with many of the best-known Broadway musical productions of the 20th century.
Included in this show are selections from āWest Side Story,ā āFiddler on the Roof,ā āCabaret,ā āCompany,ā āFollies,ā āDamn Yankees,ā āEvita,ā āKiss of the Spider Woman,ā āShe Loves Me,ā āShow Boat,ā āMerrily We Roll Along,ā āParade,ā and āSweeney Todd.ā At the helm of this production are Nathan Brewer, Director and Steven Altinel, Music Director. This performance
is part of the Poole Family Broadway Series, generously sponsored by Mary Jane and Thomas Poole. Adelphiās Best of Broadway takes place on Saturday, October 12 at 8 p.m. and Sunday, October 13 at 4 p.m. on the Westermann Stage in Adelphiās PAC Concert Hall. Tickets are $25, with discounts available to seniors, students, alumni
