hampagne corks were heard popping as passengers on the ferry to Coromandel board the Tuhirapa from the Viaduct Basin in downtown Auckland. This was the inaugural service to the Coromandel, a scenic journey through the Hauraki Gulf offering a unique chance to showcase stunning islands, working mussel farms and spot marine life along the way. There is a full bar with food and drinks and a great view from the rooftop deck. After a cruisy two hours with a stop along the way with pickup at Rotoroa IsIand, the ferry arrives at Hannafords Wharf, Te Kouma.
