President Bruce McLarty introduces ASI speaker George Will on Monday, Sept. 16. McLarty officially took office in June, but today’s ceremony will mark his installation as Harding’s fifth president. Harding University’s previous president, David B. Burks, was in office for 26 years. McLarty was selected as his successor last November.
