My Beloved Homeowner,

When I waddled up to your home, my little duck heart practically quacked out of my chest.

But then I peeked into your bathroom - oh dear. It looked lonely. A space in need of someone who truly cares.

And that’s when I realized I want to be the one who helps you fall head-over-webbed-feet in love with your bathroom again.

You deserve a space that's soft and warm, like a nest built just for you. A place where the water feels gentle - like a hug you can step into.

So here I am, wings shaking, writing this love letter just hoping you'll choose me and my team at Shugarman’s Bath to create something wonderful together.

If your heart is ready, I’m right here, waddling your way.

All my fluff, Maxwell (The Shugarman’s Bath Duck)

P.S. And because every great love story comes with a gift, I’d like to give you a free handheld shower head (valued at $798) if you book your remodel in February. Perfect for pampering yourself the way you deserve.

Love Is in the Air

“Love doesn’t make the world go ’round. Love is what makes the ride worthwhile.” — Franklin P. Jones

February has a way of slowing us down. With Valentine’s Day at its heart, it’s a month that gently reminds us to focus on love — not just romantic love, but the people, places, and moments that truly matter.

When I look back on the past year, my favorite memories weren’t tied to work or achievements — they were the everyday moments spent with family and friends. As the year gets underway, many of us are deep into planning, budgeting, and setting goals. Work tends to take center stage, often more than we realize. I remember when my daughter was young and asked me, “Dad, why do you work so much?” I tried to explain it in practical terms, but her response surprised me. She told me she didn’t care where we lived or what we had — she just

wanted more time together. She’s in college now, and life has changed, but that simple perspective has stayed with me. Love, like anything meaningful, takes intention. Balancing work and family isn’t always easy, but it’s worth remembering that success means very little without the people who share it with us. Our relationships deserve the same care, planning, and commitment that we give our businesses. We work to support the people we love, and in return, they support us every day in ways that matter most.

As Charles M. Schulz wisely said, “All you need is love. But a little chocolate now and then doesn’t hurt.”

Valentine’s Day shouldn’t be the only time we express appreciation or affection. The small, unexpected gestures throughout the year...
