Foreword The Board of Directors has approved the following Consolidated Rules and Regulations for the Association. They are in addition to, and do not supersede the provisions of the Association’s Protective Covenants, Bylaws, Environmental Control Committee (ECC) Rules, and/or the provisions made by any governing authority. These rules have been established to provide guidance and clarification when seeking services at our amenities. We urge our Members, Guests and Tenants to adhere to these guidelines so we may ensure the highest quality experience for everyone at The Hideout. Violation of these rules and regulations may result in appearance before the Disciplinary Committee, as established under the authority granted by Hideout Bylaws Article IV, Section 9.
