Welcome to the GVS Fall 2026 After-School Enrichment Programs Catalog! Green Vale is pleased to provide a wide variety of engaging instructional and recreational activities for students in Kindergarten through 4th Grade, conveniently offered on campus following the regular school day. This fall, students are invited to explore new interests, develop their talents, and have fun through an exciting selection of enrichment opportunities. From Art, Cooking, Magic, Music, Knitting, Fashion Design, and STEAM to Soccer, Tae Kwon Do, Multi-Sports, and more, there is something for every student to enjoy. This Fall Enrichment catalog includes class descriptions, schedules, and registration information for the upcoming season. The Fall After-School Enrichment Program runs from Tuesday, September 22 - Friday, December 11. Classes meet once a week, for a total of 7-11 sessions depending on the day class is offered. Monday through Thursday classes will be held from 3–4 PM. Friday classes will be held from 12:30–2 PM, with Kindergarten classes running from 12–1:30 PM. Registration opens on Monday, August 24 and will take place on GVS’s Campbrain system. Enrollment is on a first-come, first-served basis. We ask that you register no later than Monday, September 14, for the Fall Season. Give your child the opportunity to explore their creativity! Guided by professional teachers and artists, students will become well-rounded artists by working across a variety of studio mediums and subject matters! Your child will do everything from drawing & painting to sculpture, mixed media, and more! Children will master the foundations, such as value scales, still lives, and more intricate projects. The class helps children develop essential studio art skills in a fun classroom environment! Have your Kindergartener spend Monday afternoons getting their wiggles out after school with Soccer Shots. Each week, coaches will introduce and build on a new soccer skill through creative, themed activities while reinforcing character traits that align with the session. The children will learn the key skills such as courage, patience, and sharing, which are the key components of playing soccer. Over the course of the class, your child will: Build on fundamental soccer skills like dribbling, passing, and shooting, Develop teamwork and sportsmanship through group play, and Engage in interactive activities that reinforce both skills and character growth. *Sneakers are required This after-school program is designed to further enrich 4th Grader’s first year on their instruments. With a gamified curriculum designed to supplement a student’s first year in band, as students conquer new techniques and eventually recognizable songs, they’ll earn colorful belts to proudly display on their instrument cases! This is consistently one of the most memorable parts of a Green Vale student’s 4th Grade experience in the band program and is a powerful motivator for individual growth. Sessions will include both individual and group practice. This program is open to any student in the 4th Grade band program who is enthusiastic about playing their instrument.
Each week will be filled with exciting, innovative, creative and fun ways to use Legos! We will focus on engineering, collaboration, planning and problem solving skills. All areas of our curriculum will be incorporated such as Art, Nature, Math, Science and Literacy and a bit of Social Emotional Learning, as we will be building our stamina in all of these areas! Most of all LEGO Land will be driven by learning and laughter!

In this fun and motivating class, your child will learn the fundamentals of Tae Kwon Do from a professional instructor. Each session combines physical activity with valuable lessons in self-discipline, focus, and respect. Students will build confidence, strength, and coordination while also developing self-defense skills in a supportive, encouraging environment.
CookLearnGrow Culinary Academy Celebrates America’s 250th with fall flavors. Inspire your child’s love for cooking this fall with CookLearnGrow! As part of our America’s 250th Anniversary celebration theme, young chefs will explore classic American-inspired seasonal recipes while learning essential cooking and baking techniques. Our after-school program offers hands-on classes where students build kitchen confidence, creativity, teamwork, and academic skills in a fun, engaging environment. Each session features NEW RECIPES and exciting seasonal activities. Students gain valuable life skills while discovering the joy of cooking. Let your child experience the flavors of fall with CookLearnGrow! Please note that we only accommodate nut allergies; we are unable to accommodate egg, gluten or other food allergies. To prevent life-threatening reactions, we cannot enroll students who require an EpiPen for severe food allergies other than nuts.

Spark wonder and wow audiences with magic! Students will explore the world of magic through hands-on tricks and performance challenges using activity packs or personal magic kits. Guided by passionate instructors and step-by-step tutorials, the children will build self-confidence, empathy, grit, and theatrical skills. Each lesson encourages practice, creativity, and sharing new tricks. Young magicians will love showing off their new performance skills for family and friends. Slime, LEGOs, STEAM, Robotics, and More! Join the fun! In Snapology’s STEAM program children will be introduced to science, engineering and robotic concepts, simple machines and presentational skills by participating in our fun-filled programs. Students will create Slime, build and program age-appropriate robotic models using LEGO bricks and tablets, explore the world of transportation, and more… Learn to knit, create, and have fun! Students in 1st-4th Grades will discover the joy of knitting in this hands-on, beginner-friendly enrichment class. Through simple, step-by-step instruction, students will learn how to work with yarn and knitting needles while creating fun projects of their own. Knitting helps children develop focus, patience, coordination, and confidence while giving them a chance to be creative and make something they can be proud of. Students will practice their skills, learn at their own pace, and celebrate each new accomplishment. No experience necessary! Whether students are brand new to knitting or have tried it before, everyone is welcome to join the fun. Come pick up some needles, choose your favorite yarn, and start creating!

In this fun and motivating class, your child will learn the fundamentals of Tae Kwon Do from a professional instructor. Each session combines physical activity with valuable lessons in self-discipline, focus, and respect. Students will build confidence, strength, and coordination while also developing self-defense skills in a supportive, encouraging environment.
Give your child the opportunity to explore their creativity! Your child will do everything from drawing & painting to sculpture, mixed media, and more! Children will master the foundations, such as value scales, still lives, and more intricate projects. The class helps children develop essential studio art skills in a fun classroom environment! This class provides the opportunity for motivated singers to receive music instruction in a small group coaching setting. Emphasis will be on solo, rather than choral, repertoire. Musical literacy and performing skills will also be emphasized. This class is appropriate for any student who loves to sing, regardless of ability level.
Kinderchefs will “travel the world” and make delicious authentic recipes. Kinderchefs will be involved in all phases of prep work, cooking and tasting!

F.A.S.T. Athletics introduces children to a variety of sports each week, including soccer, baseball, basketball, dodgeball, Gaga Ball, and kickball. Each class features engaging warm-up activities, skill-building exercises, and instruction in the basic fundamentals of each sport. The program is designed to keep children active, build confidence, and encourage teamwork in a fun, supportive, and noncompetitive gym-class environment. *Please send your child a school safe lunch, water bottle and sneakers. F.A.S.T. Athletics introduces children to a variety of sports each week, including soccer, baseball, basketball, dodgeball, Gaga Ball, and kickball. Each class features engaging warm-up activities, skill-building exercises, and instruction in the basic fundamentals of each sport. The program is designed to keep children active, build confidence, and encourage teamwork in a fun, supportive, and noncompetitive gym-class environment. *Please send your child a school safe lunch, water bottle and sneakers. Students will enjoy a creative art experience while having fun! The children will explore famous artists and art techniques while experimenting with a variety of exciting materials through colorful, hands-on projects. Each week brings a new artistic adventure! From painting and drawing to sculpture, mixed media, and creative crafts, every class offers something new to discover and create! *Please send your child a school safe lunch and water bottle. This hands-on program, taught by The Fashionable Stylista, is designed for students in 3rd grade and up. Throughout the 7-week session, students will learn hand- and machine-sewing techniques, sewing machine safety, fashion illustration, and key color, fabric, and design concepts. Through several creative projects, students will explore the fashion design process from inspiration to finished design while building practical skills, creativity, and confidence. *Please send your child a school safe lunch and water bottle. This program, FAST specializes in youth athletic development, providing multi-sport skill instruction, motor skill development and athletic training. In this class children will experience, “Sports meets Phys Ed meets Summer Camp Games”. There is an emphasis on fun, building confidence and promoting a passion for physical recreation for the children. The coaches are spirited and personable who incorporate a variety of drill-based games, challenges, contests and music into each session. *Please send your child a school safe lunch, water bottle, and sneakers.
