Heavenly Father, Today, I come before You with a grateful heart. Thank You for the gift of life, for another day, and for every blessing, those I recognize and those I may never see. Thank You for the doors You have opened and for the doors You closed because You knew they were not meant for me. Thank You for the prayers You answered the way I hoped, and for the times Your answer was different because Your wisdom was greater than my understanding. Lord, I am grateful for the people You have placed in my life, for family and friends, for love and kindness, and for those who have encouraged me along the way. Thank You for providing for my needs, giving me strength when I was weary, peace when I was troubled, and hope when circumstances seemed uncertain. I thank You not only for my victories, but also for the lessons hidden within my challenges. Even during difficult seasons, You have been faithful. When I look back, I can see Your hand carrying me through situations I once wondered how I would overcome. Forgive me for the times I have focused so much on what I wanted next that I failed to appreciate what You have already given me. Help me to slow down and recognize the blessings surrounding me every day. Today, I choose gratitude. I choose to celebrate how far You have brought me. I choose to trust where You are leading me. Thank You, Lord, for yesterday's lessons, today's blessings, and tomorrow's possibilities. Above all, thank You simply for being God and for loving me through every season of my life. here comes a point when you have to stop making yourself the person who can always wait. We move through life as if our rest, our health, our finances, and our peace can be pushed to the

side for later. Somewhere along the way, many of us learned to believe that our needs should come last, that we can tend to ourselves once everyone else is okay. Except that is usually how the cup ends up empty. We hear the phrase ‘You can’t pour from an empty cup’ so often that it can start to sound like a cliché, but it keeps coming back for a reason. You cannot consistently give your best to your children, your work, your relationships, your family or your community while neglecting the person responsible for holding all of it together. Flight attendants tell you to put your own oxygen mask on before helping someone else with theirs for a reason. If you cannot breathe, eventually you will not be much help to anybody sitting beside you. Life works the same way. Sometimes taking care of yourself looks like rest. Sometimes it looks like a doctor’s appointment you have been putting off, getting serious about your finances, moving your body, eating better, protecting your time, saying no without writing a paragraph to explain it, or finally handling the business you keep pushing to the bottom of the list.

You can NEVER go wrong minding your body, your money and your business. Those three things will quietly affect almost every area of your life. Your physical health shapes how you feel. Your financial health affects your options and your sense of security. And minding your business, both literally and figuratively, keeps you focused on the life you are actually responsible for building. And when life gets hard, remember something else: there is not a single setback you have not bounced back from. Maybe not quickly. Maybe not gracefully every single time. Maybe you had to cry, regroup, start over, ask for help or completely rethink the plan. But you are still here. So take care of yourself before life forces you to. Center your wellness before burnout becomes the signal. Make space for your own needs without convincing yourself that everyone else deserves your energy more than you do. Because taking care of yourself does not make you less available to the people you love. Done well, it allows you to show up with more patience, more capacity, more clarity and more of yourself still intact.
