Our proprietary matrix assesses and ranks over 100 active and emerging markets across the country. This matrix has been fine-tuned over the past 20 years and includes criteria such as supply, demand, shift-share, absorption, zoning & land-use policies, as well as quality-of-life indices. Every Garrett Company project must meet our CORE SIX. These are the 6 standards that are required before any underwiring can occur. They are as follows: Easily accessible from major roads. Visible from major roads. Proximity to high-end housing. Near active and growing employment centers. Near new and healthy retail growth. Located in good school districts (Great Schools Ratings of 7 or higher)

Our team eagerly embraces ways to work better and smarter. We currently use the Procore Project Management Suite, Smart Barrel Site Control, cloud-based servers for information access and collaboration, and Drone Deploy / Struction Site for imagery of site progress, building exteriors, and interior finish. Our communications team creates customized, up-to-date reporting for both internal and external audiences. We produce full monthly updates to all stakeholders of our projects. These include pertinent financials, market updates, relevant news articles, scheduling, milestones, and upcoming events. All reports are available via our online portal 24/7 for quick access and historical project information and research.
