Dear Young Tomiwa,
I'm super proud of you for taking that Basic Leadership Development Course at The Fort Institute! Thank you for doing that for me, girl! That decision literally opened doors for me to rub shoulders with amazing world leaders. And honestly, it's given me so much hope for Nigeria and Africa.
I'm now at a place where I know I won't settle for mediocrity - I want to be a leader who leads with compassion, in words and actions.

I've come to realize that leadership isn't about being a dictator or just having a title, it's about making an impact wherever I'm planted, whether as a leader or follower.
BLDC changed my mindset, and I no longer think like the average Nigerian youth.
I genuinely believe that corruption can be tackled, and Nigeria will be great. I wish every Nigerian could have the kind of knowledge I gained from that course, so we'd all be working towards the same goal - growth and development. You know what's amazing? Taking that course helped me handle conflicts way better than I would've before.

And it's sparked this hunger for growth and personal development within me. I'm always looking for ways to level upbuying books, seeking knowledge, and striving to be better, do better, follow better, lead better, and make a real impact in my society.
Thanks, Tomiwa, for taking that course and putting in the work. You did well, and I'm grateful for the foundation you laid.
Yours in growth,
