Although DAL Academies are designed specifically for students in the Distinct Abilities Learning Program, students in the DAL program may participate in appropriate Lower School Academies programs with prior approval. DAL Academies: Cooking - In this culinary class we will be educating students in various cooking methods, instructing them in proper food preparation techniques, and leading safe and sanitary cleanup practices. Students who participate will use hot or sharp equipment and work with potential allergens (nuts, gluten, sugar, dairy) and raw ingredients, including poultry and seafood.
