Quick Start Training Information & Itinerary Quick Start Training is an intensive learning program lasting Monday through Friday. The Friday session will offer concurrent sessions that will cover the Christmas Decor software system and extend the field training. This program is designed for new franchisees to learn the fundamentals of the Christmas lighting business, and for existing franchises with the need to train new personnel or rejuvenate their businesses. 2022 QST Events Event 1 – August 15-19 Event 2 – September 19-23 Event 3 – October 3-7 Event 4 – October 24-28 A new franchise may bring 3 attendees, including the owner. (Additional Attendees - $399 per person.) (Existing Franchises – The fee for this training is $399)
WHAT TO KNOW ABOUT YOUR TRAINING? You are responsible for making your own hotel and travel arrangements. 1. All required payments and paperwork for the franchise and the training must be complete prior to attending the opening training session. 2. Plan your travel schedule to be in Irving on Sunday evening so you can be in the Corporate Office Training Center by 8:45 AM on Monday. DO NOT book any return flights before 2:00 PM on the last day of training. Please send us your travel itinerary prior to the week of the training. A group rate is available at the Sonesta Es Suites Dallas/Las Colinas. The negotiated Christmas Decor Rate is $125 single occupancy. The Sonesta Es Suites are located at 1201 Executive Circle Irving, TX. 75038. The Sonesta ES Suites are considered the host hotel and we highly recommend you stay there. Hotel reservations are made and paid by you. 3. Arrangements for transportation to and from DFW Airport will be your responsibility. Transportation will be provided to and from the Sonesta Es Suites each training day and to any demonstration sites used for training. A Christmas Decor Employee will pick you up each morning at the hotel, please observe the departure times listed in the itinerary.
