THE CRUST
The Crust is a monthly, English-language online publication covering the shrimp industry from upstream to downstream. Initiated by the Indonesian Young Shrimp Farmers Association (Petambak Muda Indonesia/PMI), we explore a wide range of issues—from production and markets to policy and other key topics across the shrimp supply chain. First launched in October 2022, The Crust continues to provide in-depth insights for industry stakeholders.
