It’s a big month for cinema as we screen The Odyssey, the latest title from Christopher Nolan, including 35mm screenings from the day of release. We’ve also got some wonderful independent British films including MadFabulous, Northern Soul: Still Burning and 500 Miles
RADIX FIlm Club continues in July with documentary Ghost in the Machine before the spectacular comedy Nirvana The Band The Show The Movie in August!

We’d like to share our exciting new plans for the Studio Theatre…
Our ground-floor Studio is a busy and versatile space - bringing together lovers of independent cinema, live screenings, children’s theatre, community showcases, folk music, stand-up comedy and much more. In 2025 alone, more than 45,000 tickets were issued for this space, welcoming thousands of people through its doors!
To ensure you can continue to enjoy inspiring experiences for years to come, we are launching the Make Room campaign to raise £130,000 by Spring 2027, with a view to refurbishing the Studio space for the autumn 2027 season.
