Property Report FIRST QUARTER 2026

The Cliffs opened 2026 with a strong first quarter across all seven communities. A total of 68 transactions were recorded—a 6% increase year-over-year—while total volume climbed 26% to $90.1 million. Average sale prices rose 26% for both homes and homesites, reflecting sustained buyer demand and continued pricing strength throughout the portfolio. Cliffs Realty, the Official Brokerage of The Cliffs, contributed 44 of those transactions, generating $48.1 million in volume and representing 67% of the total market share. With 60 new listings and 31 pending transactions in hand, the brokerage is well-positioned heading into the second quarter.
