In the first half of 2024, The Cliffs has closed a total of 158 transactions, generating a sales volume of $152,280,009 by all real estate firms operating within our gates. Cliffs Realty played a significant role, closing 93 transactions and achieving a sales volume of $91,432,612, which represents a 59% market share. Additionally, Cliffs Realty has 38 pending sales totaling $52,623,500. Notable highlights include the release of Cove Park at Walnut Cove, a built-for-sale neighborhood by Cliffs Builders, Canebrake at Keowee Falls, a new collection of lakefront homesites, and Cherokee Rose at Mountain Park, expansive mountain-view homesites. New amenities at The Cliffs include a new restaurant concept, Simmer ‘71 at The Lakehouse located in Keowee Vineyards, the Golf Learning Center at Keowee Springs, and the newly announced Sports Pavilion at Mountain Park that will include a pool, dining, racquet courts, and a dog park.
