Once the design and deposit has been accepted, we get to work! We confirm the delivery timeline a week in advance. Need help with breakdown postparty? We can help with that too!

Delivery costs starts at $4/ mile from Washington, PA and may be more depending the amount of decor needing to be transported.
For the most part, installation costs are worked into the cost of each piece. However, outdoor installs, ceiling work, and installs at venues with multiple load-in challenges (such as hotels) may require an additional fee.
After your event is complete, our staff may come back to take down your decor, for an additional fee. This fee will depend on the amount of decor to be taken down and the time of day/night tear-down is to occur.
To eliminate these fees, you can strike the balloons yourself and return the frames and structures to our studio at 57 E Chestnut St, Washington, PA 15301.
