The Charity Guild Newsletter Spring 2025

Page 1

It’s been a cold and busy winter at The Charity Guild! In February 2025, we added a new refrigerator and freezer to the Main Street pantry, increasing our cold food storage to support our home delivery program. We continue to operate on a waiting list, but we’re so pleased to be able to bring more food directly to those in need who can’t make it to our walkup pantry. Along with every welcome addition of storage space or funding comes the challenge of increasing staff and volunteer time to manage the increased capacity. We were thrilled to be able to hire a new client liaison to assist with the intake process. And as always, we’re so grateful to our dedicated volunteers who continue to show up every week and make the work we do possible.
