somewhere on my desk Rick Pearce President/CEO Two weeks ago, we celebrated our 2023 Annual Meeting/A More Casual Evening. I want to thank all the sponsors and those who attended for making the event a success. We continued again with something a little different by allowing our guests more time to speak with each other. We had a very short program recognizing our sponsors and those investors who participated in a Society Level for 2023. We also recognized the incoming Board Chair, Rhonda Seidenschmidt (Premier Health) and outgoing Board Chair, Chip Hitte (First Financial Bank). Those in attendance enjoyed making new connections and seeing old friends. A sincere thank you to all our sponsors and those in attendance. •

2023 Annual Report

Passport To T0morrow Students at Highview 6th Grade Center have chosen 1 of the 6 career fields to conduct a deep exploration for the third quarter.

Students are immersed in handson activities, hear from speakers, and go on field trips relating to this field.

Professionals in these career fields kicked off the quarter by giving interactive career talks to students.

For the remainder of the quarter, students will engage in challenge-based learning activities, where they will design solutions to real-world problems in the career field of their choice.
