2020 A Year Like No Other

A

s we approach the end of 2020, a year like no other, we want to share a recap of what our year entailed. Like anyone else, we entered the year hoping for a prosperous and healthy 2020. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. We started 2020 with a new yearlong campaign, “CauseWheels Vehicle Donation Program”. We had a plan to donate a vehicle to one non-profit each month. The pandemic slightly affected this but we pushed through. Helping these community organizations was even more impactful with the advent of COVID. January Winner: Ocean County YMCA

For 50 years, the Ocean County YMCA has been transforming the way Ocean County residents live their lives through a commitment to fostering youth development, supporting healthy living initiatives, and promoting a sense of social responsibility within the community. Every day, the Y works side-by-side with our neighbors to make sure that everyone, regardless of age, income or background, has the opportunity to learn, grow and thrive. For more information on the Ocean County YMCA call them at (732) 341-9622 or visit their website: www.ocymca.org.

Main Street Alliance Church has been serving the community in numerous ways for the past three years, and offers its building to our community organizations at no charge!
