Manahawkin, It does not seem quite like a year ago when the Causeway Family of Dealerships adopted it’s newest family member, but yes Causeway Hyundai turned a year old on September 1, 2017! Michael Kuna, Causeway Hyundai’s Senior Sales Manager, shared his first year thoughts on Causeway Hyundai. “Year one consisted many challenges. Learning all the ins and out’s of having a new brand of vehicles to sell. Learning new programs , procedures and the fact that our lot was completely inadequate to serve our sales and service customers sufficiently. The best thing was meeting all the new customers each time we assisted them with their purchase or service needs. We even met some of our previous Causeway Customers. One challenge was training an entirely new sale staff. The good part of that was we could train them the way we wanted them to learn. It has worked out very well!”
Jerry Langton is back at Causeway Hyundai! Jerry worked at Hyundai for 8 years. Michael Kuna added, “Recently we had the opportunity to bring an experienced salesperson that worked for the previous Hyundai dealer back to Causeway Hyundai. His name is Jerry Langton. Jerry worked at this Hyundai location for 8 years so he will be a recognized face to many Hyundai customers. Jerry has been selling cars here in Ocean County for 17 years. He is married has 2 children and lives right in Manahawkin. He has been a coach for American Youth Football and
