Australia and New Zealand represent one of the most dynamic and influential markets in the world for sports, lifestyle and consumer brands. Across the region, consumers are engaging with brands in new ways. Purchasing decisions are no longer driven by just product quality, but also authenticity, heritage and storytelling. Brands that successfully connect culture and commerce are the ones that create lasting relevance.
This environment creates significant potential for Authentic and our partners. Our portfolio spans some of the most recognizable names in sports, media, entertainment and lifestyle. Through partnerships with leading operators, we continue to expand our presence, deepen consumer engagement and unlock new opportunities across categories and channels.
What makes Authentic’s approach unique is our ability to combine global scale with local expertise. Our partners understand the nuances of their markets, the evolving needs of
“At Authentic, we think global and act local. Culture drives commerce, and our brands grow when they are brought to life by partners who understand the consumers, communities and trends shaping each market. That is the power of our model across Australia, New Zealand and broader APAC.”

consumers and the retail landscape in ways that drive growth. Together, we are able to preserve the heritage that makes these brands iconic while ensuring they remain relevant for today’s audiences.
We’re also seeing licensing evolve. No longer confined to traditional product categories, licensing has become a strategic growth engine that enables brands to reach consumers through new experiences, collaborations, content and distribution channels. As consumer behavior continues to shift, the ability to create connected ecosystems around brands has never been more important.
As we look ahead, we remain focused on strengthening partnerships, expanding the reach of our portfolio and creating new pathways for growth across Australia and New Zealand. Authentic is uniquely positioned to build on the momentum we see today and bring even more of our brands to consumers throughout the region.

WESLEY CHU President, APAC
Asia Pacific is not a single market, but a collection of distinct economies, cultures and consumer behaviors that together represent one of the most important growth frontiers for global brands.
For Authentic, APAC is a growth engine because of that diversity. From Greater China, Korea and Japan to Southeast Asia, Australia and New Zealand, our focus remains on creating long-term value while preserving the integrity of the brands we steward.
Our investment in the region reflects that ambition. Last year, we opened our APAC headquarters in
Shanghai, establishing a dedicated hub that brings our teams closer to our partners, consumers and opportunities. Alongside our presence in key markets including Japan, Korea, Singapore and Melbourne, the Shanghai office strengthens our ability to support partners on the ground and accelerate execution across key markets.
Across APAC, our partner network is central to our strategy. Having the right partner for the right brand in the right market is critical to unlocking growth. From NewRee Sports, our core operating partner for Reebok across Mainland China, Hong Kong and Macau, to Boardriders Japan, Caprice Boardriders South Pacific, Itochu, Belle Group, Brooks Brothers Japan, ImagineX and Baozun, we work with best-inclass operators who understand their markets and have the scale, capabilities and market knowledge to accelerate our brands regionally.
As we continue investing in infrastructure, partnerships and new growth channels, we look forward to building on this momentum with our partners across APAC and creating new opportunities for our brands, consumers and communities throughout the region.

Across Australia and New Zealand, Authentic’s partners are translating global brand equity into local growth through retail execution, cultural storytelling, product innovation and community-led campaigns.
What makes the Boardriders portfolio particularly wellpositioned to resonate with Australian and New Zealand consumers right now?
The Boardriders portfolio brings together some of the most iconic and culturally relevant brands in surf and action sports, including Quiksilver, Roxy, Billabong, RVCA, DC and Volcom. These brands have deep heritage in Australia and SEA and have helped shape the lifestyle and culture that continues to influence consumers globally. Consumers are increasingly seeking trusted brands with strong identities, and the Boardriders portfolio offers exactly that—brands with decades of credibility, global recognition and ongoing cultural influence across multiple generations.
Authentic’s platform spans licensing, storytelling, media and brand development globally. How does that broader ecosystem support your business locally?
One of the greatest advantages of being part of Authentic’s platform is access to a powerful global ecosystem that extends well beyond traditional brand management. Authentic brings together expertise across licensing, digital innovation, content creation, entertainment, partnerships and consumer engagement. That scale provides opportunities to accelerate growth, access new categories and collaborate with world-class partners while maintaining the unique DNA of each brand. Locally, it allows us to leverage global insights, best practices and brand-building capabilities while tailoring our approach and product development to the specific needs of Australian and SEA consumers. The combination of global resources and our local market expertise creates a strong foundation for sustainable long-term growth in our markets.

As a regional operating partner, where do you see the greatest opportunities for continued growth across the Boardriders portfolio in ANZ?
We see significant opportunities across retail, category expansion and consumer engagement.
Over the last 12 months, we have transitioned the business from a globally sourced company to locally designed and developed brands specific to customer needs in our markets, and there’s a huge opportunity to continue building deeper connections with consumers. From a retail perspective, we're focused on creating a more connected omnichannel experience that meets consumers wherever they choose to shop, whether that's in our stores, online or through marketplace and wholesale partners. In terms of category expansion, there is strong potential to grow beyond traditional surf and action sports segments into adjacent lifestyle categories that align naturally with the brands’ identities, including outdoor, travel, wellness and performanceinspired products. We also see significant opportunity to leverage the kids market and have strong plans to grow this market segment. Consumer engagement also remains equally important, and we see opportunities to deepen relationships through events, our athlete partnerships, community initiatives, creator collaborations and digital experiences that reinforce the cultural relevance of each brand and strengthen emotional connections with consumers. Most importantly, these brands have enduring emotional connections with consumers, and by staying true to their roots while continuing to evolve alongside the market, we believe the Boardriders portfolio is exceptionally well-positioned for sustained growth across Australia and SEA in the years ahead.
Through Roxy and Billabong, Caprice Australia is bringing Authentic’s action sports portfolio to life with locally rooted campaigns that connect heritage, community and culture.

DAVID THOMAS
CEO of Brand Collective
DAVID THOMAS, CEO OF BRAND COLLECTIVE
From your perspective, what distinguishes the ANZ market when it comes to sport and lifestyle consumer trends?
The thing that genuinely sets Australia and New Zealand apart from most global markets is that the lines between sport, fitness, outdoor living and lifestyle simply don't exist here in the way they do elsewhere. Our consumers move seamlessly across all of those worlds in a single day—they might train in the morning, work from home at midday and meet friends for dinner in the evening, and they want product that works across all of it without missing a beat. That's exactly why our role as official partner of both the NBL (Champion and Reebok) and WNBL (Reebok) means so much to us. Basketball is one of the fastest-growing sports in the country, and it sits right at that intersection of sport, streetwear and culture that Reebok has always had genuine permission to occupy. It's not a forced fit. That partnership gives us credibility on the court and relevance off it. The same thinking drives our ambassador approach. Jack Ginnivan for Reebok has been a brilliant example of what authentic local partnership looks like in practice. He's one of the most talked-about young players in the AFL, he has a personality and a style that cuts through, and when he wears Reebok off the field (and soon on it), it feels completely natural, not like a transaction. That's the standard we hold ourselves to locally. Our global platform gives us incredible assets and ambassadors, but the local partnerships are what make the brand feel like it genuinely belongs here.
How does working within the Authentic platform support Brand Collective’s approach to growing Reebok and Champion locally?
The Authentic model is genuinely powerful, and I don't say that lightly. What Authentic provides us with—the global partnerships, the ambassador relationships, the brand direction, the collaborative content—it all would be incredibly difficult to build independently at the scale and speed that matters. The way we think about it is this: Authentic gives us the global brand heat, and our job is to make sure that heat lands in a way that feels genuinely Australian and also right for New Zealand. We're not just localising campaigns; we're creating our own chapter of these brands' stories. Being able to draw on learnings from other markets, tap into global trend data and leverage the broader Authentic ecosystem accelerates our thinking and sharpens our execution. We don't have to reinvent the wheel. We get to take the best of what's working globally and make it our own. Angel Reese is a perfect example of exactly how that model works at its
best. She's a genuine global phenomenon, one of the most culturally compelling athletes on the planet right now and a powerful face for Reebok internationally. Through the Authentic platform, we were able to bring her to Australia and make her arrival feel like a real moment for the brand here, not just a flythrough. We built out a full local program around her visit—media events, retail partner activations, consumer experiences—and topped it off with a locally produced Vogue Australia editorial shoot that felt completely native to this market. The result was global star power with genuine local resonance. That's the Authentic platform working exactly as it should, and it's the kind of activation we simply couldn't have engineered on our own.
From a partnership perspective, what has made the relationship between Brand Collective and Authentic successful?
At its core, I think it comes down to trust, mutual respect and a genuine belief that both parties bring something essential to the table. Authentic is exceptional at what they do—global brand stewardship, international partnerships, long-term brand building at scale. And Brand Collective brings deep local market expertise, strong retail relationships, shared knowledge and operational execution excellence through our Centre of Excellence model and an on-theground understanding of what resonates in this part of the world. When those two things combine well, the output is significantly better than either could achieve alone. The thing I'm most proud of is that we've never treated this as a licensor-licensee transaction. It feels like a genuine partnership where we're both invested in the long-term health of Champion and Reebok, not just the next season's sell-through. That's the foundation that makes everything else possible.

HOW WHO-RAE AND SUPERCHEAP AUTO TURNED A CATEGORY EXTENSION INTO A TIKTOK-FUELED SELL-OUT
Juicy Couture always understood the power of self-expression. Through its partnership with Who-Rae and Supercheap Auto, the brand brought its signature spirit into an unexpected new space: automotive accessories.
The collection translated Juicy Couture’s playful, feminine codes into products designed for the car. For consumers, the launch offered a fresh way to bring the brand’s unmistakable attitude into everyday life, from the closet to the driver’s seat.
Developed by Who-Rae, a leading Australian specialist in automotive accessories, and launched in partnership with Supercheap Auto, a category leader in automotive aftermarket retail, the collaboration paired global brand equity with local market expertise. The result was a category extension that felt unexpected, culturally relevant and highly shareable.

Before paid activity had even begun, consumers discovered the collection organically and began posting about it on TikTok. What started as customer-led excitement quickly became a viral moment, with more than 100 videos posted, millions of views generated and the first posted video surpassing 2.7 million views. The buzz was 100% organic, driven by consumers reacting to the product in real time.
That online momentum translated quickly into retail demand. And just a week after launch, more than three quarters of all inventory had sold across Australia and New Zealand, driving full sell-out momentum. Development also began on the Mother’s Day 2026 range, building on the success of the launch with a new seasonal extension.
For Authentic, the success of Juicy Couture and Who-Rae with Supercheap Auto demonstrates how the right brand, partner and category can unlock new consumer engagement. It also shows the power of local market instinct: Who-Rae and Supercheap Auto understood how to bring Juicy Couture into a new retail environment without losing what makes the brand distinctive.
More than a product launch, the collaboration became a case study in modern licensing. It connected brand heritage with cultural timing, retail access with social discovery and product utility with emotional appeal. From viral buzz to rapid sell-through, Juicy Couture proved that when a brand enters an unexpected category in the right way, consumers are ready to come along for the ride.
