Under and by virtue of TAX EXECUTIONS issued by the Beaufort County Treasurer, these properties have been levied upon by certified mail or by distress; all of said property situated and being in Beaufort County.

The listed properties are delinquent for the tax year 2024, and any prior years, and are shown in alphabetical order by name of owner. Account numbers are denoted by “R” for real property and “M” for mobile homes. All available resources were used to list the property in the name of the current owner; some may appear in the name of the prior owner. ATTENTION TAXPAYERS To avoid the auction of your property, taxes must be paid BEFORE 5:00 p.m. Friday, October 3, 2025. Payments will not be accepted the day of the tax sale. More information is available at www.BeaufortCountyTreasurer.com. ATTENTION BIDDERS All bidders MUST pre-register online at www.BeaufortCountyTreasurer.com BEFORE 12:00 p.m., Friday, October 3, 2025. The registration fee is $50.00 which includes a current listing of all properties to be sold, distributed the morning of the sale. Sign-in will begin at 8:00 a.m., the morning of the sale, and all bidders must be signed in no later than 9:30 a.m. The tax sale will begin promptly at 10:00 a.m. Pursuant to S.C. 12-51-55, the opening bid shall contain the delinquent taxes for the year 2024, any prior delinquent years, and 2025 taxes. The recording fees will be determined the day of the sale and must be paid in full with your winning bid. A receipt will be issued to the successful purchaser for each sale. The receipt must be presented to the Treasurer in order to obtain refunds of bids and interest upon redemption. A fee of $100.00 shall be charged to any purchaser who does not provide the receipt. More information can be found at www.BeaufortCountyTreasurer.com. All unredeemed property will automatically be deeded to the successful bidder once the redemption period has ended. Refunds will be mailed, if applicable. TERMS OF SALE All properties shall be sold to the highest bidder and must be paid in full the day of the sale. Acceptable methods of payment are cash, cashier’s check, money orders, or credit/debit cards. A convenience fee of 2.35% shall be collected on all bids paid by credit/debit cards. Transactions may be processed electronically. Pursuant to S.C. 12-51-70, default by the bidder is subject to a fine of $500.00 per property and may prevent their participation in future tax sales.
