Coley’s

BITTER 4.0%

Comprising of six different malts, our best bitter provides a malt complexity that bursts with caramelised nuts, dried fruits, and with a charge of First Gold hops, a bittersweet marmalade finish.

XPA 3.8%

A dry and low colour Extra Pale Ale with Comet, Amarillo & Cascade hops. Made with generous additions of wheat & oat, this beer holds a creamy mouth feel which balanced perfectly with that quintessential dry finish expected from an XPA.

Hopback

STOUT 4.5%

Bringing strong flavours of extra dark chocolate, intense espresso and slight charred smokiness, this stout is then backed up with by subtle toasted nuttiness, sticky treacle, chocolate & molasses.

WEST COAST 5.2%

Hopped with Cascade, Columbus & Simcoe the West Coast Pale oozes pine, bitter grapefruit, juicy tangerine rind and zesty citrus peel.

HOOKING GOOD 4.0%

Chestnut coloured quaffing ale brewed with quintessentially English malt and hops. A real “scrum down at the bar” crowd pleaser.

CITRA 4.0%

Brewed with American Citra hops, this golden thirst quenching ale has a lemony, grapefruit aftertaste with a crisp dry bitterness, making your tastebuds yearn for more.

CROP CIRCLE 4.2%

A very clean, flaxen-coloured beer with wonderful thirst quenching properties. The subtle blend of aroma and bittering hops gives a crispness on the tongue which is delicately fruity, giving way to some dryness.

SUMMER LIGHTNING 5.0%

A trendsetter in the brewing industry; the original summer ale, brewed all year round, using East Kent Goldings aroma hops. An extremely pleasant straw-coloured beer with intense bitterness, leads to an excellent, long dry finish.

St Peters

BEST BITTER 4.1%

Soil association accredited, organically grown malted barley, to provide the fully distinctive hop flavour we add organically grown hops, resulting in a unique, full bodied organic best bitter.

GOLD DUST 4.5%

English pale malts coupled with Challenger & Goldings hops provide the bitterness and aroma. The result is a highly distinctive light, golden ale similar in character to a full-bodied Czech lager.

Triple Point

PLUM PORTER 4.6%

A dark, sweet and full-bodied plum porter. Background notes of damson and blackcurrant are followed by the fruitiness of the plum in flavour and aroma.

CREAM STOUT 6.5%

This strong, dark and aromatic cream stout is rich black velvet in colour, with coffee and vanilla notes. Smooth and creamy chocolate flavour complement the satisfying bittersweet aftertaste.

ALPHA BITTER 3.7%

A classic bitter base with Cryo Citra, Cryo Loral and Admiral in at the whirlpool addition. No dry hop on this one. Meaning we’ve got a beautiful balanced cask bitter, with a lovely fruity background.

GOLDEN ALE 4.0%

Honeyed malts combine with citrussy Cascade and peachy Amarillo hops for a quenching, balanced bitterness. A great sessionable golden ale.

NEKTER 4.6%

Crisp Pilsner malt base + juicy American Simcoe and Mosaic hops = a refreshing, clean, tropical pale ale, bursting with flavour.

PORTER 4.4%

No less than 6 richly flavoured grains, combined with Minstrel hops and a warm fermentation with our house ale yeast for a sumptuously rich chocolate and spiced berries aroma, generously smooth mouthfeel and chocolate coffee finish.
