HOTEL POLICY

Guest registration

* The Hotel shall have the right to restrict the number of persons occupying the hotel room and refuse access to persons who are not registered with the Hotel.

* Number of Registered Guests:

* Twin / Queen Studio not assigned more than 2 persons staying at one time

* Premium Suite not assigned more than 2 persons staying at one time, unless extra bed/baby crib is charged for 1 more person staying

* Magnolia Suite not assigned more than 2 persons staying at one time, unless extra bed/baby crib is charged for 1 more person staying

* No charge for a child under 12 years old who are sharing the same room with parents.

* Child under 18 years old is required to be accompanied by Adults.

Change of Registered Guest(s)

The Principal Guest is required to provide advance written notice to the Hotel of any change of the registered guest(s) of the hotel room and obtain

consent in written from the Hotel. The registered guest(s) should be those who would actually stay in the Hotel room and properly register their names and provide their personal information at the Front Desk.

Please note that the final total number of the registered guests shall not exceed the number of registered guests as stated in the Hotel Policy.

Opening of Windows

For the sake of furniture maintenance all windows in the hotel rooms should be kept closed except in case of emergency.

Incidental Hotel charges

* In the absence of other billing arrangements, a credit card imprint will be required upon check-in. The cardholder specifically authorizes the Hotel to settle the room charge and all incidental charges using the credit card.

No illegal activities are allowed in the any part of the hotel room or common areas. In this regard, the Hotel’s determination of whether there is a breach of this clause shall be conclusive and binding on

Protection of the interior

Guest(s) of the Hotel are required to take all reasonable precautions to keep and maintain the interior of the hotel room including flooring, carpet, wallpaper, drainage, furniture, fixtures, fittings and furnishings in good, clean,

proper repair and condition and to protect the same against damage by fire, storm or typhoon or the like.

Indemnity

Guest(s) of the Hotel shall fully indemnify the Hotel against the costs of losing any hotel property or repairing any parts of the hotel rooms or the common areas or any part thereof or any of the common services and the facilities that may be or are damaged by reason of any act, default, neglect or omission on the part of the guest(s), its agents, servants, or visitors.

alterations

Guest(s) should not make or permit to be made any alterations in or additions to the hotel room or to the electrical wiring installations or the fixtures therein.

Please kindly note that the Hotel will not be able to remove any furnishing from a hotel room.

Valuables

The Hotel, its employees, agents and assigns will not have any liability whatsoever for any loss of or damage to personal property left in hotel rooms, howsoever caused. It is strongly recommended that items of value should be kept in the safe provided, although the use of such

safe shall in no way result in the Hotel, its employees, agents and assigns being in any way liable to the registered guest for their personal property. No nuisance or annoyance

Guest(s) may not do or permit or or in the Hotel or any part thereof anything which may be or become or cause nuisance, annoyance, damage or disturbance to the Hotel or to other guest(s) in other parts of the Hotel or to the occupiers in adjacent properties nor to do anything in contravention of the laws or regulations of Hong Kong.

No noise, smell or smoking

Guest(s) may not encumber or obstruct or permit to be encumbered or obstructed with any dust-bins, garbage- cans, furniture, chattels, goods, boxes, packaging or other obstruction of any kind or nature on any of the entrances, staircases, landings, corridors, passages, lifts, lobbies or other parts of the Hotel in common use and not to leave rubbish or any other articles or things in any part of the Hotel that are in common use and the guest(s) shall fully indemnify the Hotel all losses, claims, damages, costs and expenses of any kind against the Hotel in respect thereof.

Abusive Behavior

Registered guest(s) of the Hotel, and any invited guests for whose entrance and presence they are responsible, are expected to conduct themselves at all times in a reasonable and courteous manner, with full consideration for

the wellbeing, comfort and safety of other occupiers, visitors and employees of the Hotel. In the event that any behavior occurs towards other occupiers, visitors or employees of the Hotel, or other third parties, which (in the sole determination of the management of the Hotel) is considered to be physically or verbally abusive, potentially or actually harassing or threatening, potentially or actually unsafe or likely to cause injury, the Hotel may strictly terminate the stay of the guest(s). The Hotel reserves the right to pursue further legal action for recovery of damages or losses caused by the abusive behavior of Registered Guest(s) of the Hotel, and any invited guests for whose entrance and presence they are responsible.
