The Angelite presents yet another volume of its official holiday issue, PUTO BUMBONG! Puto Bumbong is such a comfort food to us during the Christmas season, perhaps it’s knowing that the end of the year is just a small reach from our fingertips, despite all the struggles we faced. It comforts us that we can still enjoy it nice and warm after having survived all the virus variants, the typhoons, the fires, a volcano explosion, and many more battles each of us fought through. But with each comforting bite, we remind ourselves that we shall not settle and be complacent and rely solely on resilience. We shall be eager to demand a better response to these calamities so that we may enjoy another serving of Puto Bumbong in the following years.
