ADVANCED Coaching & Facilitation

Introduction to TAB Business Model

• Dynamic and interactive webinars.

• Meet fellow trainees and start to build your support network.

• Delivered by TAB experts in mindset, systems, IT, facilitation, coaching, business planning and more.

• Understand how to build on your experience and fill any gaps you identify. After this training, we’ll provide you with great opportunities to continue learning in the areas that you need – relevant to your existing skills and addressing any gaps and preparing for Phase 2.

Member Acquisition & Onboarding

• In person training (in Australia or Denver).

• Interactive with great opportunities to discuss and practice techniques in a safe, learning focused environment.

• Know how to recruit the right members and deliver value early in the onboarding process.

• Have a clear plan for marketing and launch.

After this phase of training, you’ll be ready to launch – confident to have conversations with prospects, you’ll be great at asking the right questions and know how to connect with people to engage them in the TAB offering and with you.

Launch (In Field)

• Marketing and lead generation activities.

• Support in the field from your TAB Business Owner.

• Joining the TAB community – monthly calls, peer board and more.

After this phase of training, you’ll have recruited your first members and have a pipeline of prospects and know how you’re performing against your launch plan.

Advanced Coaching & Facilitation

• Five days of discussion & practice to build your skills now that you have members.

• Troubleshooting any issues you may have in marketing, sales, and facilitation.

• Board dynamics and creating “magic” with your members.

• Advanced skills for using the BBB and other TAB tools.

After this phase of training, you’ll know where your skills are and what you still need to develop. You’ll have all the materials you need for your initial success and access to ongoing development opportunities.
