Who are we?

The Acorn Commercial, Investment and Development Division, part of The Acorn Group, is a specialist team advising on the sale and letting of commercial property, alongside the acquisition and disposal of land, development sites and investment opportunities across London and the South East.

We act for a diverse client base, ranging from private individuals to charities, institutions, housing associations, local and national house builders, banks, local authorities, receivers, pub groups and numerous blue-chip organisations.

Our team takes a proactive, entrepreneurial approach, underpinned by strong communication, market insight and a solutions-led mindset.
