As we step into Season 73, I invite you to join us with gratitude and optimism for a season centered on connection. How it is formed, tested, broken, and renewed. This season reflects our mission at The Naples Players: building community through exceptional access to the power of theatre.
The stories of Season 73 explore what it means to belong, to reach across difference, and to find one another in moments of joy, loss, humor, and hope. From sweeping musicals to intimate dramas, powerful mysteries, and heartfelt comedies, each production asks us to look closely at the relationships that define our lives and the humanity we share.
What makes this work possible is the community behind it. With thousands of season ticket holders, more than 800 active volunteers, and one of the most ambitious production calendars in the country, The Naples Players operates at a scale matched by very few nonprofit theatres nationally. Artists, volunteers, students, and professionals work side by side every day, creating work that is deeply local and increasingly recognized beyond our region.
Connection at TNP extends far beyond the stage. Through education, inclusive programs, and partnerships with more than 45 community organizations, the impact of this work reaches people of all ages and backgrounds.
None of this is possible without you. Our patrons, volunteers, donors, and supporters are the heart of The Naples Players. Whether you have been with us for decades or are discovering TNP for the first time, you are an essential part of the stories and connections we celebrate this season.
As Season 73 begins, I invite you to experience these stories with us. From first scenes to final bows, may they remind us of the power of coming together.
Thank you for being part of The Naples Players. I can’t wait to see you at the theatre.
Bryce Alexander CEO & Executive Artistic Director

OUR MISSION & IMPACT
A NATIONAL MODEL FOR LOCAL IMPACT
National Innovation Through ArtRx
Together with NCH, TNP launched a national pilot program — ARTrx — bringing the healing benefits of art to every NCH campus. This groundbreaking partnership turns hospital spaces into creative sanctuaries for patients and employees alike, demonstrating how the arts can build healthier, more connected communities through higher patient and employee satisfaction and outcomes.
Expanding Unique Partnerships
Our Arts Access Program now serves more than 45 partner organizations, including The Baker Senior Center, Grace Place, and the Collier County Sheriff’s Office. Through these collaborations, TNP is impacting the daily lives of everyone who lives and visits here, most of whom will never know the ways that TNP has improved the safety and wellbeing of our community.
Sensory-Friendly Booth
Our custom-created sensory-friendly viewing booth provides families and individuals with sensory sensitivities the ability to enjoy live performances in a welcoming, supported environment. This innovative space has become a national and international model for arts inclusion.
Inclusive Theatre Programs
Inclusive classes invite students of all abilities, including those on the autism spectrum or with sensory processing differences, to sing, act, and dance in a supportive group setting. We also offer a six-month inclusive Apprentice Program designed for adults with developmental disabilities to gain practical hands-on experience throughout the theatre industry!
Sharing our Model Nationwide
Craig Price, our Director of Community Engagement, represents TNP across the U.S. and Canada , teaching other organizations to develop inclusive theatre programs. His work extends our mission far beyond Naples and empowers others to use theatre as a tool for connection.
Provol Award
The inaugural Provol Award from the Collier Community Foundation recognized The Naples Players for its broad and measurable impact across the community. The award honored how TNP leverages the arts as a platform for education, workforce development, civic engagement, and social connection, reaching far beyond the stage.
SHAPING LIVES THROUGH LEARNING EDUCATION AT TNP
After School & Youth Engagement
In 2025, more than 1,000 young people — ages 4 to 18 — stepped away from their screens and into the spotlight through our after-school theatre programs. From the youngest performers learning to share the stage for the very first time, to teens producing full-scale shows like Ride the Cyclone and SIX: Teen Edition , these programs give young people a place to look up from their phones, speak out, and connect face-to-face. They’re discovering confidence, empathy, and leadership; lessons that reach far beyond the theatre.
Expanding Learning Pathways
In addition to our formal programs (see Baker Day School Highlight on Page 3), more than 20 students traveled to New York City to experience Broadway productions, meet industry professionals, and take invaluable performance workshops in the heart of the theatre industry.
Lifelong Learning Adult Programs
Our adult education classes are proof that learning and creativity don’t end with age, they evolve. From first-time actors finding their confidence to professionals rediscovering play, these programs invite adults of all backgrounds to grow, connect, and challenge themselves in a supportive, joy-filled environment.
BAKER DAY SCHOOL
The Baker Day School is a full-time performing arts middle and high school at The Naples Players that combines strong academics with daily training in theatre, music, and dance. With small class sizes and professional instruction in real performance spaces, students grow as confident artists, collaborators, and learners — prepared for college and life beyond the stage.

SEASON 73: SEASON 73: Celebrating stories that unite us.
Why these stories, and why now?
Every season at The Naples Players begins with a shared purpose: to bring people together through story. For Season 73, we leaned into that purpose with intention, selecting works that ask us to look beyond our differences and recognize what we share.
These stories explore the connections that shape our lives: family ties and chosen communities, unlikely friendships, and moments of understanding that bridge the space between us. Some connections are joyful, others are complicated. Each one reminds us that beneath our varied experiences, we share the same hopes, fears, and desire to belong.
Season 73 invites us to sit side by side, listen closely, and recognize ourselves in one another. These stories are meant to spark conversation, empathy, and connection, reminding us of the joy, understanding, and shared humanity that live at the heart of great theatre.
Connect with something that moves you this season at TNP.
