I am excited to ‘spring’ into March! We have some exciting things coming up. Be sure to grab a calendar to stay up to date. What are some activities you’d like to see in the park? Visit the office, email, or call to share your thoughts! Or if you’re not sure what to make for dinner, check out our recipe of the month! Don’t forget to wear green on the 17th as well! We’re wishing you all the luck of the Irish and to be surrounded by good food and better friends!

Millionaire Gnocchi with Creamy Sauce

DESCRIPTION
Indulge in the Luxurious Flavors of Millionaire Gnocchi with Creamy Sauce
INGREDIENTS
• 1 pound potato gnocchi
• 2 tablespoon unsalted butter
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 cup heavy cream
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Gently add the gnocchi and cook until they float to the surface, indicating they’re cooked through. Drain the gnocchi and set them aside.
2. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Once melted, add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and continue cooking until the sauce thickens, about 3-4 minutes.
