We’re excited to introduce Linsey Walker as the new Regional Manager for both Walden Shores and Whispering Pines! Please join us in giving her a very warm welcome to the community.
Linsey brings a strong background in both leadership and property management, along with a genuine passion for creating vibrant, resident-focused communities. Currently serving as Regional Manager for Rickert Properties across Georgia, Michigan, and South Carolina, she is known for her commitment to providing safe, welcoming environments where residents feel connected and engaged Linsey joined Rickert Properties in 2022, bringing a deep understanding of the industry and a people-first approach that aligns perfectly with the spirit of Whispering Pines and Walden Shores. Her goal is simple: to foster a true sense of community while supporting teams and enhancing the overall resident experience. Before transitioning into property management, Linsey spent 19 years in retail management, where she developed her strong leadership and customer service skills. She later stepped into property management as an Assistant Leasing Manager for a luxury apartment community before discovering her passion for manufactured housing. In 2017, she began managing 3 manufactured home communities and hasn’t looked back since!
Outside of work, Linsey enjoys thrifting, decorating, and even a little adventureziplining is one of her favorite activities! She’s also a proud dog mom to Hunter, her adorable Cavapoo.

Cook pasta according to package directions, drain, and rinse under cold water.
In a large bowl, combine pasta, tomatoes, cucumber, snap peas, carrots, and onion.
Add dressing and toss to coat evenly.
Fold in feta cheese and garnish with fresh basil.
Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving for best flavor.
Tip: Serve in a large bowl with colorful tongs.
12 mini cakes
Ingredients:
1 box lemon cake mix (or homemade equivalent) 3 large eggs ⅓ cup vegetable oil 1 cup water 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
Powdered sugar for dusting
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease mini bundt pans.
In a bowl, mix cake mix, eggs, oil, and water until smooth. Gently fold in blueberries. Spoon batter into mini bundt pans, filling each about ⅔ full.
Bake for 18–22 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool for 10 minutes, then remove from pans. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.

It’s time to start preparing for the care of your homes and yards during this time, especially if you will be away.
Summer is a time when weeds, bushes and mold grow quickly, so if you won’t be here to keep things tidy and under control, it is necessary for you to designate someone to take of this for you.
As an alternative to weeding and trimming, you could clear your plantes and lay down a weed mat and cover it with stone.
We are happy to advise you if needed. Homes must meet Walden Shores Standards as spelled out in our Rules and Regulations whether you are here or away.
