March Manager’sMessage
Dear Residents of Villa Del Sol,
Happy March! As we welcome a new month, I’d like to share a warm and cheerful greeting with all of you. March brings the joy of spring, meaning longer days, sunnier skies, and plenty of beautiful weather to enjoy. It’s a wonderful time to take a stroll, open your windows, or simply soak in the sunshine.
This month also brings St. Patrick’s Day, a fun excuse to enjoy a little extra color, celebration, and good luck. Whether you look forward to wearing green, decorating, or just enjoying the cheerful spirit of the day, it’s a great chance to bring a bit of brightness into the month.
As the weather becomes more inviting, many residents are enjoying the sunshine by walking, often with their fur babies. With this in mind, we kindly ask everyone to slow down and obey all speed limit signs within the community. Safety is our top priority, and we want to make sure all residents and pets can enjoy their walks comfortably and without worry.

Thank you for helping keep Villa Del Sol a safe and welcoming place for everyone.
Vicki White

Alex and Todd repaired the fence on the east side of the property. It is now standing upright on its own, and they did a great job. Additional hedge maintenance was completed along the east boundary.

The extend cold weather was harder than expected. Unfortunately, most of the flowers didn’t survive the freeze, and several bushes experienced significant freeze burn.
