As the Easter season approaches, I would like to wish each of you a joyful and peaceful Easter filled with happiness and safe travels.

I also want to sincerely thank you for the kindness, prayers, and support you shared with me during the passing of my mother. Your compassion and thoughtfulness truly meant so much to me, and I am deeply grateful to be part of such a caring community.

For those heading back north for the season or for the year, please keep these friendly reminders in mind: Please stop by the office to check out and say goodbye. If you will be away, please ensure that someone will be taking care of your property, and that it remains in compliance with our community standards.

Please observe the speed limit throughout the community for everyone’s safety.

If you're introducing a new pet to your household, please make sure to register it in the office. We’ll need:

A photo of your pet

Vaccination and health records

Community Pet Guidelines:

Maximum of 2 pets per unit

Weight limit: 30 lbs per pet

No aggressive breeds allowed

Dogs may not be left tied up outside unattended. This policy is in place to protect pets and maintain community standards. Please also ensure that all pet waste is properly cleaned up.

Dog of the Month: Charlie! Say hello to Charlie, our 15 year old Wisconsin sweetheart! He may be a senior, but he still struts around the neighborhood like a total legend. His favorite activity? Going on walks with his buddy Hudson (yes, former Puppy of the Month). Charlie’s been a little down lately because he misses his best friend, Max. But even on tough days, he brings smiles, tail wags, and all the charm you’d expect from a seasoned pro.
