Wishing everyone a wonderful April filled with sunshine, blooming flowers, and great fellowship! Spring is just getting started, and the beautiful weather has already given us a perfect reason to get outside and enjoy the community.

For those who will be heading out soon for the season, we wish you safe travels and look forward to seeing you again when you return. Before you leave, please remember to store outdoor furniture, planters, and other items so they’re secure during the unpredictable summer weather.

As always, keeping up with home care throughout the year helps keep our community looking its best. Routine lot and home inspections check for things like weeds and vegetation, mold on homes or driveways that may need pressure washing, trimming of bushes and trees, debris on roofs or in gutters, and making sure irrigation systems are working properly. If you plan to be away, please be sure someone is checking on your home from time to time.

The Resident Portal is a convenient way to make sure your rent is paid on time each month without worrying about checks getting lost in the mail. If you’d like help setting up automatic payments or making payments online, please visit www.communityresport.com or stop by the office — I’d be happy to help.

Thank you all for being such a wonderful part of this community!
