March really does have that dual personality â it often roars in with lingering winter chill, then softens into gentler, lamb-like days as spring edges closer. It seems like February was the âlion,â so maybe Marchâs âlionâ has already passed, leaving room for milder weather and the gradual return of green.
Wow! With this colder weather we have had, it feels like we have been in hibernation all season. Now that the weather is getting nicer, it is time to see some of our snowbirds packing up and leaving us soon.
While the weather is warming up, let's get out and enjoy what is left of the season with our snowbirds. We still have fun activities (see list below) going on, and the pool is crystal clear.
For those of you who are leaving us soon, have a wonderful summer. We will miss you and meet up again soon! Please stop in the office to let us know you are leaving and to make sure that we have your correct mailing address and phone number in our system.
Our summer months are nice, but the rain still brings weeds out, and mold grows, so it is a year-round responsibility. Here are a few important items we look for while doing lot & home inspections. Please take care of vegetation, weeds, and mold on homes/driveways; trim bushes/trees; and clear roofs/gutters of debris. Also, please make sure planters and outside furniture, hoses, etc., are stored away while you are gone.

Lot & home inspections are done to keep our community beautiful, desirable, and your home value up.
If you received a lot inspection letter or are planning any outside lot improvement projects, such as painting driveways, planting plants, removing plants or trees, etc., then please stop by the office and pick up a Lot Improvement Form. Nothing can be done outside your home without prior approval.
