As we continue through storm season, please remember to stay prepared and review your emergency plans. Your safety remains a top priority.
This month, residents can look forward to our Fall Festival, the 2nd Annual Breast Cancer Awareness Walk, a Hygiene Donation Drive for Homeless Veterans, and a fun-filled Community Movie Day. We encourage everyone to participate and help make these events memorable for our neighbors, friends, and families.

This October, the market for manufactured housing across the county’s vibrant 55+ age-restricted communities presents a distinct mix of buyer leverage, steady pricing, and upgraded modern living standards.
Cash Transactions Dominating the Market With conventional mortgage interest rates holding steady, over 60% of manufactured home transactions in Florida this year have been cash sales. Retirees reallocating equity from northern home sales are using cash to streamline closings and avoid chattel loan financing costs.
