Thank you to those who attended our Valentine’s Day Dance! It was a blast, and I hope you enjoyed it as well.
Driveway replacements are underway. You may park in the street while YOUR driveway is under construction, just do not block your neighbors’ driveways. Please remember to keep the front and back parking areas available for the homes under construction. Park at your home once your driveway is dry and completed.
Key fobs were distributed! If you have not received yours, see me at the office. Not only is it for the front gate, but you may now enter the clubhouse and use the facility from 6am-8pm all week and weekends. Clubhouse, Kitchen, Gym, Pool Table, Swimming Pool, and BBQ areas! The amenities ARE FOR YOU! Come and enjoy them! You may also contact me in the office to reserve the clubhouse for your events! Want to organize an event or activity? Let’s talk!
It is very important to remember you MUST accompany any guests in the clubhouse, gym, swimming pool, and BBQ area. Nonresidents not accompanied by the homeowner will be asked to leave. Homeowners are liable for any misuse or destruction of property and will have amenities privileges revoked. The amenities are under 24-hour surveillance.
Yard inspections were performed. Please comply with the Yard inspection Forms you received in a timely manner.

Y ield : 4 Servings , Serving Size - 1 Wrap
• 2 medium zucchini, cut lengthwise into 1/4-inch slices
• 2 teaspoons olive oil
• 1/8 teaspoon salt
• Pinch freshly ground black pepper
• 1 cup store-bought hummus
• 4 pieces whole-wheat wrap bread (about 9 inches in diameter)
DIRECTIONS
1. Preheat the grill or grill pan over medium heat. Brush both sides of the zucchini slices with the oil and sprinkle with the salt and pepper. Grill until tender and slightly browned, about 4 minutes per side.
2. Spread 1/4 cup of the hummus over each piece of bread. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of pine nuts on top. Top with 3 slices of zucchini, 2 pieces of red pepper, 1/2 cup of the spinach, a few sliced onions, and 1 table-
• 1/4 cup pine nuts, toasted
• 1 medium red bell pepper, thinly sliced
• 2 ounces baby spinach leaves (2 cups lightly packed)
• 1/2 cup red onion thinly sliced into half moons
• 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
spoon of the mint. Roll each of them up and cut in half on a diagonal.
