The days begin to cool, the evenings become more comfortable, and there is a feeling of change and anticipation in the air. It is a month that invites us to slow down, enjoy the season, and spend more time with friends and neighbors. October is also a great time for us to take pride in our community and in our homes. When each of us does our part, our entire neighborhood benefits.
Respect your neighbors’ personal space and privacy.

Follow community rules and guidelines.
•
Be courteous when using shared facilities and common areas.
•
Keep pets under control and clean up after them.
•
Be patient and considerate when disagreements arise.
•
Treat others the way you would like to be treated.
Keep lawns and landscaping neat and maintained.

Remove dead plants and fallen debris.
•
Keep walkways and driveways clean and clear.
•
Put away items that should not be left outside.
•
Make sure decorations and outdoor items are appropriate and well maintained.

Take care of any repairs or maintenance that are needed.
October is also a month for fun, friendship, and celebration! Throughout the month, we will be having special events and activities to celebrate the upcoming holidays and bring our community together. Be sure to watch for announcements, flyers, and the community calendar for dates and times. Whether you enjoy dressing up, sharing a meal, playing games, decorating, or simply visiting with your neighbors, we hope you will come out and participate.

Living close to others means being mindful of how our actions affect those around us. We all have different schedules, lifestyles, interests, and personalities. Respecting those differences helps create a more peaceful and enjoyable community. Be mindful of noise, especially during early morning and evening hours.

Enjoying the Fall Season October gives us a chance to appreciate the beauty of the season. A morning walk, an afternoon spent in the garden, or a relaxing evening outdoors can be a simple way to enjoy the cooler weather.
We don’t have to be best friends with everyone, but we can all be good neighbors. A friendly smile, a kind word, and a little understanding can go a long way.
For those who enjoy decorating, pumpkins, fall flowers, and seasonal decorations can add a festive touch to our homes and common areas. Let’s also remember to be respectful of our neighbors when decorating and keep pathways and shared areas clear.

Keeping our yards maintained isn’t just about appearances. A well-kept property contributes to the overall beauty, safety, and pride of our neighborhood.
