MANAGER’S CORNER

As the warmer months approach, it’s important for everyone in our community to help keep our neighborhood looking its best. Maintaining your yard not only enhances the overall appearance of the property but also creates a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all residents. Please take time to ensure lawns are mowed, weeds are removed, and any outdoor items are kept neat and organized. Your cooperation helps preserve the quality of our shared community.

A Quick Note for May: As we head into May, please be mindful that spring growth can happen quickly. Regular yard maintenance during this time is especially important to keep everything looking neat and in compliance with community standards.

We’re also excited to announce that the community pool will officially open on May 4th. If you plan to use the pool this season, please stop by the management office to complete the required form before accessing the facility.

To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone, please remember the following pool guidelines:

• Each leaseholder may be accompanied by up to two guests.

• Guests must always be accompanied by the leaseholder. Any guest found using the pool without the leaseholder present will be asked to leave.

• Please be respectful of others while using the pool area.

• No loud music, alcohol, or food is allowed in the pool area.

We appreciate your cooperation in following these guidelines and helping keep our community a pleasant place to live. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact the management office. 560 W PLEASANT AVE, TULARE, CA 93274 OFFICE
