Manager's Message I hope everyone is enjoying the summer! I want to take a moment to thank everyone who takes pride in their home and helps keep our community looking beautiful. Over the next few weeks, I will be conducting routine lot inspections throughout the community. One area that needs immediate attention is weed control. We have seen a significant increase in weeds, and I ask everyone to take the time to clean up their yards. Keeping our lots maintained not only improves the appearance of Prescott Gardens but also helps create a more enjoyable community for everyone. If you need assistance with weed removal or yard maintenance, I am happy to provide the contact information for a local vendor, Zebrascape. When you contact them, please let them know you are a resident of Prescott Gardens. I'm also excited to announce that we will be starting a Yard of the Month program! Each month, I'll be recognizing a resident whose yard stands out for its cleanliness, landscaping, and curb appeal. I look forward to seeing all of the wonderful improvements throughout the community. Finally, congratulations to Lot 63, our July 4th Decorating Contest winner! Thank you to everyone who participated and helped make our community festive for the holiday. Thank you for your continued cooperation and for helping make Prescott Gardens a community we can all be proud to call home.
Weekly Coffee & Donuts Join us every Thursday for coffee and donuts! This week's gathering is Thursday, August 5th at 10:00 AM in the temp office at Lot 99. Come say hello to your neighbors and enjoy some treats on us!
Clubhouse Renovations The clubhouse is currently undergoing renovations. Please do not enter the clubhouse while workers are present. We appreciate your patience and cooperation as we work to improve our community space. More details on the completion date will be shared soon!
