Whether you're enjoying a walk, tending to your flowers, or simply soaking up the sunshine, we hope this season brings you a sense of renewal and happiness.
As always, thank you for being such an important part of our community. Your kindness, cooperation, and friendly spirit are what make Pegel Point Estates feel like home.

Welcome Home!

Please join us in extending a very warm welcome to Bill & Carol, the new homeowners on lot #8! We are so happy to have you as part of our community!
Bill is a retired first responder and now writer, and we thank him for his years of dedicated service. We look forward to getting to know Carol as well and hope they both quickly feel right at home among friends and neighbors here at Pegel Point. We hope you feel the warmth, friendliness, and neighborly spirit that make our community such a special place to live.
If you see Carol & Bill around, be sure to say hello and introduce yourself. Let’s help them feel right at home. Welcome to the neighborhood! Also if you get a chance, pick up a copy of Bill’s book, The Call for Help: 911 the Other Side, everywhere books are sold.

He “gave flesh and blood” to the Constitution by creating the cabinet system, establishing the federal judiciary, and maintaining neutrality in foreign affairs, setting the standard for all future presidents. President Washington once said, “Happiness and moral duty are inseparably connected,” a timeless reminder that doing what’s right always matters.
