MANAGER’S MESSAGE

Dear Palm Terrace Residents,

Can you believe it’s already March? It feels like the year just started, and yet here we are already moving into a new month filled with progress, improvements, and great moments together. Time truly flies when you’re part of a wonderful community like Palm Terrace. We want to take a moment to share some important updates, reminders, and exciting events happening this month.

THANK YOU FOR HELPING KEEP PALM TERRACE BEAUTIFUL

We want to extend a sincere thank you to everyone who received an exterior inspection notice and took care of the requested items. Your cooperation and attention to detail truly help maintain the high standards of our community.

Because of your efforts, Palm Terrace continues to look clean, organized, and well cared for. This not only makes the community more enjoyable for residents, but it also helps protect property values and creates an environment we can all feel proud of.

If you received an exterior inspection notice and have not yet completed the requested items, please make sure to address them as soon as possible. Our goal is not only compliance, but to work together to maintain a beautiful and welcoming community for everyone.

Thank you again for being part of what makes Palm Terrace special.

MANAGER’S MESSAGE

 MAILBOX KEY REMINDER

We still have several residents who have not yet picked up their mailbox keys. Having access to your mailbox is important so you can receive your mail safely and without interruption.

If you haven’t picked up your mailbox keys yet, please stop by the office at your earliest convenience. We’ll be happy to assist you and make sure everything is properly set up.

Thank You for Being Part of Palm Terrace

Palm Terrace is more than just a place to live — it’s a community. Your cooperation, pride, and participation help create an environment where people feel comfortable, welcome, and at home.

We appreciate each and every one of you and look forward to continuing to make Palm Terrace an even better place to live.

We hope to see you at the upcoming events!

Warm regards, Pam

YARD OF THE MONTH PROGRAM

Our Yard of the Month program continues to recognize residents who go above and beyond in caring for their homes and outdoor spaces. This program is one of our favorite ways to highlight the pride and effort many of you put into making Palm Terrace look its best. These residents set a great example and help inspire others to continue improving and maintaining their homes. We will be announcing the February Yard of the Month winner soon, so stay tuned!

FEBRUARY EVENT HIGHLIGHTS

 What an Amazing Month!

February was filled with fun, laughter, and great moments together. From the Valentine’s Movie Afternoon, Game Night Watch Party, Valentine’s Potluck, Paint & Sip, Chinese New Year, and Shell Craft event, it was wonderful to see so many residents come together and enjoy time with their neighbors.

Events like these are more than just activities — they are opportunities to connect, build friendships, and create memories. Seeing residents smile, laugh, and enjoy themselves is what makes organizing these events so rewarding.

We truly enjoy putting these events together for you, and we look forward to continuing to bring fun and meaningful activities to our community. Be sure to take a look at the photos from one of our events — you might even spot yourself or your neighbors!

Also, if you took pictures and want to share with the community, please email them to me so I can send them to everyone to palmterrace@ cobblestoneassets.com.
