March is here, and with it comes the fresh start of spring at our RV park! As the days grow longer and the weather warms up, we’re excited to welcome both returning guests and new visitors to enjoy the blooming scenery, outdoor adventures, and relaxing evenings under the star-lit skies. As our season comes to an end, we still have lots of fun activities planned for you all. There is a Sock Hop Dance with Pepe on the 6th and the Farewell Party on the 16th, with free food and music! At the end of the month, we will have Easter activities and a potluck! I hope to see you all at an event this month. You can purchase tickets in the Live Cobblestone App and pick up in the activities office. See you out there on the dance floor or at another fun activity!

• 5 cups all-purpose flour

• 2 medium zucchini, cut lengthwise into 1/4-inch slices
1. Preheat the grill or grill pan over medium heat. Brush both sides of the zucchini slices with the oil and sprinkle with the salt and pepper. Grill until tender and slightly browned, about 4 minutes per side.
2. Spread 1/4 cup of the hummus over each piece of bread. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of pine nuts on top. Top with 3 slices of zucchini, 2 pieces of red pepper, 1/2 cup of the spinach, a few sliced onions, and 1 table-
